Since 1844 St. Augustine’s has been ministering to the people of Elkridge from high on the hill of Old Washington Road. St. Augustine’s has seen Civil war troops marching past it and St. John Neumann working here as pastor. While it has made and been part of the history of countless people of faith through the years, it continues to bring the message of the love and mercy of God to this community.
Today, St. Augustine’s stands as a vibrant suburban parish that continues to grow as we continuously welcome new people to join our family of faith. May you continue to find at St. Augustine’s the same voice of the Lord Jesus that countless generations that have worshipped on this holy hill have heard.
While we at St. Augustine’s have a long and rich history that we are proud of, we welcome you to be part of an equally rich future were we continue to bring the news of God’s love and salvation to the world.
