Community Building Weekend
Remember the weekend of October 17 & 18 last year, when
Fr.Bowen spoke at all of our eight Masses here at St.Augustine’s?
Recalling the important conversation his mom (and other moms) used
to have over the back fence with each other about their families
while hanging out laundry , our congregation was invited to begin
a con-versation “over the pew” with one another about our parish,
what they liked about it, what needs they saw in it, and to
suggest how we could build a stronger community here at
St.Augustine’s.
On that day, one member “interviewed” the other, and wrote down on
a flyer the basics of the conversation, the concerns and comments
of the other. (For a list of all “Community Building Week-end”)
see below. Itemized by time of service.

and ending on time.
